Community Impact & Voluntary Work

The work of Humanitas Initiative is not limited to the boardroom or the consultancy table. I believe that true leadership involves serving the community directly and staying connected to the lived experiences of the people we serve. Giving back is a core value of this movement and I have a long history of volunteering my time and skills to support local initiatives and grassroots organizations that strive for a more inclusive society.

I have seen firsthand how much can be achieved when we offer our gifts without the expectation of reward. Whether it is facilitating community dialogues, supporting local charities, or offering guidance to small groups, my commitment to shared humanity drives me to contribute where I am needed most. I am proud of the relationships I have built through my previous voluntary efforts and I continue to prioritize this "heart work" as a vital part of my mission in Northern Ireland.
